Refund & Return Policy

At Flexy Fits, we want you to love what you wear. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered — only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and labels are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

📦 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or washed products

  • Accessories (watches, wallets, jewellery) unless defective

  • Items bought on sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products


🔄 Exchanges

We allow size exchanges for clothing items (if available in stock). You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If rejected (due to condition), we’ll return the product back to you at your expense.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
